Role Overview

The Electroforming Operator will manage and oversee electroforming machinery and associated production processes at the onsite facility in Sharjah. Responsibilities include preparing molds and substrates, setting up electroforming baths, and measuring and mixing chemical solutions. The operator adjusts process parameters to ensure products meet quality and dimensional requirements, inspects parts consistently with measuring instruments, records production data accurately, and reports deviations or equipment issues to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor electroforming equipment and processes.
• Prepare molds and substrates for electroforming procedures.
• Set up chemical baths, measure and mix solutions precisely.
• Inspect electroformed parts using gauges, calipers, and visual assessments.
• Maintain detailed production records and documentation.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of tanks and work areas.
• Follow strict safety and environmental protocols.
• Coordinate with quality and engineering teams to promote continuous process improvements and throughput efficiency.
• Adhere to production schedules and ensure consistent product quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong grasp of manufacturing principles and equipment usage.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and comply with procedural and safety guidelines with attention to detail.
• Preferred experience in electroplating, electroforming, or metal finishing processes.
• Basic competence in using measuring tools like calipers and gauges for inspection purposes.
• Skilled in maintaining accurate production logs and reporting process data clearly.
• Problem-solving capabilities for identifying and addressing process anomalies.
• Capacity to work on-site full-time, withstanding extended standing and safe handling of materials.
• Commitment to safety standards including personal protective equipment usage and environmental compliance.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Prior experience in industrial production environments and relevant technical or vocational qualifications are advantageous.
