About the Role

Adiyogi Agro Equipments Private Limited is seeking a Junior Technician specialized in agricultural machinery to join their Bengaluru-based team. The position focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, maintenance, and repair of various agricultural equipment including sprayers, engines, and power machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and test agricultural machines, sprayers, and engines to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing tasks to maintain machinery efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Provide practical technical solutions by troubleshooting different issues.
• Support senior technicians with complex repairs and overhauling activities.
• Keep detailed records of service activities, maintenance, and parts replacement.
• Assist with workshop and field service operations as needed.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling all machines and equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related technical disciplines.
• Have between 1 to 3 years of direct experience in machine maintenance, repair, or servicing roles.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems.
• Fluent in Kannada and English; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Willing to work from the office and workshop located in SMV Layout, Ullalu Upanagar, Bengaluru.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000.
