Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We seek a proactive Business Development Executive focused on expanding our footprint in the agricultural equipment sector. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strong bonds with dealers and farmers, and steering the complete sales cycle to modernize agricultural methods.

Key Duties

• Conduct thorough market research and generate leads through cold calling, digital channels, and participation in events.
• Drive sales of agricultural equipment to distributors and dealers, ensuring exceptional post-sale services.
• Manage dealer relationships by onboarding new partners with necessary sales training and ongoing support.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, regularly reporting performance metrics and market insights to management.
• Represent the organization at industry trade fairs and agricultural events to increase brand visibility and stay abreast of technological advancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in Agriculture is advantageous.
• Minimum of six months' experience in sales across any sector.
• Proficiency in Marathi and good command of English.
• Ownership of a laptop and access to a reliable internet connection are essential.
• Effective communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Preferred experience with agricultural equipment such as sprayers, weeders, and chaff cutters is a plus.
• Existing network within local farming or dealership communities is desirable.

Salary ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
