Electrical Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Engineer with a solid background in handling high-voltage 380kV+ Substation and Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) execution projects. This role demands ownership of comprehensive project execution on site, along with effective coordination between contractors, clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the execution of electrical projects directly at the site location.
• Supervise the installation and construction workflows of 380kV+ Substation and OHTL infrastructures.
• Serve as a liaison among clients, consultants, contractors, and company internal stakeholders.
• Compile, prepare, and evaluate project documentation including reports and progress updates to maintain transparent communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess between 10 to 15 years of pertinent experience specifically in electrical project execution.
• Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in projects involving 380kV+ Substations and Overhead Transmission Lines.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree specializing in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience dealing with SEC project approvals is advantageous.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory or at least preferred.
• Professional certifications like PMP are preferred to strengthen project management capabilities.
• Additional safety certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH confer an advantage.
• Exhibit strong communication, project coordination, and site supervisory skills.
