Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze bids from external contractors to ensure the client receives optimum value for money.
• Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans for significant client projects.
• Assess cost plans and project scopes to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps.
• Maintain an updated library of prevailing local pricing rates for use in all estimating activities.
• Work on optimizing project costs relative to budgets through cost reviews, value engineering, and precise estimating to maximize client benefits.
• Provide expert estimating guidance and leadership during design and construction phases.
• Establish and maintain credibility and trust with business partners, including third parties, client experts, contractors, and consultants.
• Support agile project management and decision-making by delivering thorough cost documentation and timely communication.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with an increasing level of responsibility in electrical estimating within construction environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and investigate complex technical data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
