Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager for the Singapore cost team, cultivating client partnerships based on trust.
• Utilize business development skills to attract new clients and secure repeat projects from existing clients.
• Manage strategic client projects at a senior level.
• Apply extensive cost management expertise to meet project deliverables within contractual parameters.
• Lead contract negotiations and agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor and inspire your team to achieve exceptional performance and growth.
• Ensure your team consistently delivers high quality and excellent client value.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in operational leadership and team management within dynamic consultancy settings.
• Proficient in both pre- and post-contract cost management for large, complex construction initiatives.
• At least 10 years of construction industry experience, ideally with a background in data centre projects.
• Confident in leading client meetings and fostering relationships.
• Holds a degree or equivalent qualification in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered professional status preferred, with membership in RICS desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enjoys building strong team and client relationships supported by openness and a positive atmosphere.
