Senior Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate the overall estimation plan and synchronize estimate creation with the project team.
• Take leadership in producing the comprehensive project estimate.
• Develop the Project Basis of Estimate and perform Estimate Risk Analysis, advising on cost contingencies to the project team.
• Evaluate and propose solutions to complex challenges aligned with organizational and project objectives.
• Maintain an updated library of local rates to support all estimation activities.

Candidate Profile

• Over 7 years of progressive experience as an Estimator within construction environments.
• Familiarity with CSA and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Accubid, Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• A degree or equivalent background in a construction-related field.
• Chartered or in-progress status with RICS, CEP, or CPE qualifications (support provided for certification completion).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a collaborative and open approach toward teams and clients.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is USD 108,000 to USD 145,000 annually, with the exact offer reflecting the candidate's education, experience, and expertise.
