Senior Estimator

Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate preparation with the project team.
• Lead the creation of comprehensive project estimates.
• Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and conduct Estimate Risk Analysis, advising on cost contingencies.
• Analyze complex challenges and recommend solutions aligned with organizational and project goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date library of local rates to ensure accuracy in all estimates.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as an Estimator with progressively greater responsibilities within construction projects.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Possesses a degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
• Experience in Critical Infrastructure and MEP sectors is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Either chartered or working towards chartered status with RICS, CEP, or CPE; support provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and committed to quality.
• Enjoys fostering strong collaborative relationships with teams and clients through openness and shared purpose.
