Role Overview
This position invites intermediate to senior-level professionals with substantial expertise in developing and coordinating electrical building services models across various projects. The role entails close collaboration with electrical engineers and other building service teams to ensure precise BIM modelling and to contribute to coordination efforts during the design phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-quality BIM models focusing on electrical building services.
- Coordinate the modelling work across disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct clash detection analyses to resolve design conflicts.
- Deliver detailed 3D models and comprehensive documentation aligned with project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Electrical BIM Modeller, Revit Technician, or equivalent role.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP software.
- Background in electrical building services design.
- Strong ability to produce precise 3D models and coordinated documentation.
- Experienced in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
- Keen attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines.
