MEP BIM Coordinator

Role Overview

We are urgently recruiting a skilled MEP BIM Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Immediate joiners will be prioritized in the selection process.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Possess at least five years of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator within construction or MEP contracting sectors.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Have practical skills in 3D modeling, detection of clashes, and managing multidisciplinary MEP coordination.
• Effectively liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, onsite teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage and prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and BIM deliverables efficiently.
• Understand UAE construction standards, BIM workflows, and MEP installation conventions thoroughly.
• Exhibit excellent communication, coordination capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Prior experience on UAE or GCC projects is considered a significant advantage.
• Preference given to candidates able to join immediately.
