About the Role
Join Goodstart Cooranbong as an Educator where you will play a significant role in providing children with a strong foundation for life. This position offers full-time, part-time, and casual options to suit individual lifestyles, based at our 38-place centre located in Cooranbong, Newcastle Region NSW. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and implement exceptional early learning programs
- Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Prioritize child safety by adhering to all safeguarding policies and practices
Qualification Requirements
- Possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Hold a current Working with Children Check clearance
