About the Role
Join Goodstart Heatley - Fulham Rd in Townsville as a full-time Educator, working 38 hours per week to foster children’s early learning and development. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing enriching programs that support children's growth, working collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader.

Experience a thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor space that stimulates curiosity and creativity. Engage children through play-based experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, supported by features like vegetable gardens, mud kitchens, sandpits, and nature-inspired outdoor areas. Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $35.44 to $39.91, dependent on qualifications and experience, at least 5% above award rate

Candidate Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
- Completion of National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
