Role Overview
The position of Assistant Director at Goodstart Warwick - Wood Street involves supporting the Centre Director to lead and manage the early learning centre, fostering team growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This is a permanent, full-time role working 38 hours per week with a competitive pay rate of $42.38 to $45.84 per hour plus superannuation and employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Centre Director in leading and managing the team to deliver excellent early learning and care.
- Mentor and develop the skills and capabilities of centre staff.
- Manage overall centre operations during the Centre Director’s absence.
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide throughout the centre.
