Role Overview
Join Deep Garments as an E-Commerce Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations across multiple leading online marketplaces including Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive marketplace management ensuring smooth platform operations.
- Handle all order-related processes efficiently from receipt to fulfillment.
- Maintain and update inventory to reflect current stock accurately.
- Manage returns and claims to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Implement competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize growth.
- Conduct data reconciliation to ensure accuracy in records.
- Resolve issues related to customers and marketplace platforms promptly.
- Maintain and enhance the product catalog and content quality across marketplaces.
