Duty Manager

About the Role

The Duty Manager will oversee daily store functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience. This includes leadership of frontline staff, stock control, adherence to safety standards, and driving sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities and supervise shift operations effectively.
• Lead and motivate the frontline team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory levels, control stock shrinkage, and ensure product availability.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Monitor overall store performance and assist the Store Manager in meeting sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in supermarkets, hypermarkets, or modern trade environments.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling.
• Good command of MS Excel and problem-solving aptitude.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
