About the Role

More Retail Private Limited is seeking Customer Service Associates to join their team at More Hypermarket located in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a permanent on-roll position offering direct payroll employment with competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers by attending to their needs and guiding them through grocery selections.
• Organizing and maintaining product displays and shelves.
• Tagging prices on racks accurately.
• Handling billing and managing the cash counter efficiently.
• Managing stock levels and overseeing inventory control.

Work Schedule and Location

The job is based at DLF 1, Newtown (RDB Primarc Techpark, Near Coal Bhavan), with 10 openings available. Candidates from the local area are preferred. The duty schedule consists of 9 hours per shift with a 30-minute meal break and includes rotating weekly shifts:

• 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Staff will work 26 days per month with one weekly rotational day off.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly in-hand salary of INR 11,400 approximately.
• Additional allowances including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Gratuity.
• 30 annual leave days per year.
• Double pay on national holidays.
• Weekly incentives based on performance.
• Expected monthly earning ranges from INR 11,500 to 13,000.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Candidates aged between 18 and 40 years.
• Educational qualifications acceptable from class 8th pass upward; candidates below 10th pass with relevant retail, q-commerce, or e-commerce experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Male candidates are preferred.

• This is a permanent, full-time role on direct payroll.
