About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our Retail Operations team. The role is based at our store location in Visakhapatnam and requires full-time availability. This position entails managing customer interactions, supporting sales operations, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer courteous and efficient service.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products and store information.
• Accurately manage billing and cash handling at the counter.
• Assist in product displays, shelf restocking, and upkeep of the sales floor.
• Verify product availability and guide customers to desired items.
• Ensure the store remains clean and well-organized.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the Store Manager.
• Participate in stocktaking, checking expiry dates, and other inventory-related tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and handing over orders as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle customers effectively.
• Familiarity with billing or Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

Salary is determined according to company standards and candidate's experience, ranging from INR 12000 to INR 12500 per month.
