Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
  • Overseeing store appearance, order processes, presentation guideline adherence, and daily operational tasks
  • Handling personnel matters including scheduling and fostering team growth
  • Recruiting to build a strong store team
  • Collaborating with regional management to review results and plan store development

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to engage in an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany

Work Schedule

This position requires working five days a week for a total of 40 hours, with regular evening and weekend shifts.
