Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
- Overseeing store appearance, order processes, presentation guideline adherence, and daily operational tasks
- Handling personnel matters including scheduling and fostering team growth
- Recruiting to build a strong store team
- Collaborating with regional management to review results and plan store development
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail role
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
- Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular evenings and weekends
- Willingness to engage in an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany

Work Schedule
This position requires working five days a week for a total of 40 hours, with regular evening and weekend shifts.
