About the Role

Join one of Europe's fastest-growing retail companies as a Branch Manager. This role involves managing a dynamic retail branch with around 150 new products introduced weekly. You will play a crucial role in driving the store's success and be part of a vibrant team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team effectively, supported by the deputy branch manager.
• Manage the store's operational appearance, overseeing ordering processes, ensuring compliance with presentation standards, and handling daily operational tasks.
• Take charge of personnel management, including preparing staff schedules and encouraging team member development.
• Lead recruitment efforts to build a strong store team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and develop the branch further.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership position.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team with constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week comprehensive training program at one of the trainer stores in Germany.
