About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Operating waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Handling the loading, transport, and unloading of industrial and commercial waste materials.
- Delivering waste loads to designated recycling and disposal centers.
- Providing courteous and professional customer service at all times.
- Conducting routine vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle remains clean and well-presented.
- Adhering strictly to fatigue management, safety protocols, and operational standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of an unrestricted HR driver’s licence.
- Prior experience or enthusiasm to operate multiple types of trucks.
- Physical capability to complete manual handling jobs.
- Forklift licence is a plus but not mandatory.
- Clean driving record is necessary.
- Excellent customer service orientation coupled with a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork principles.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical examinations, including drug and alcohol screening.
