Key Responsibilities

• Operating waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Handling the loading, transport, and unloading of industrial and commercial waste materials.
• Delivering waste loads to designated recycling and disposal centers.
• Providing courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Conducting routine vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle remains clean and well-presented.
• Adhering strictly to fatigue management, safety protocols, and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of an unrestricted HR driver’s licence.
• Prior experience or enthusiasm to operate multiple types of trucks.
• Physical capability to complete manual handling jobs.
• Forklift licence is a plus but not mandatory.
• Clean driving record is necessary.
• Excellent customer service orientation coupled with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork principles.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical examinations, including drug and alcohol screening.
