Role Overview

This permanent position based in Karratha, Western Australia, offers a competitive hourly wage along with additional allowances and overtime opportunities. The role involves operating a variety of company collection vehicles and equipment with an emphasis on safety, vehicle maintenance, and client service.

Key Duties

• Drive multiple types of collection vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and maintenance checks on all vehicles and equipment.
• Engage with clients professionally and ensure safe loading and unloading of trucks.
• Maintain both the interior and exterior cleanliness and condition of vehicles.
• Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of an unrestricted HR or MC driver’s license.
• Previous waste industry experience is highly preferred.
• A clean driving history is essential.
• Exemplary professional presentation and customer service approach.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment medical and drug screening tests.
