Driver cum Auto Mechanic

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Automobile Mechanic to become part of our mobile service team. This role entails driving the company's service van to various customer sites, identifying mechanical problems, executing regular vehicle maintenance, and performing minor repairs on location, all while upholding exceptional customer service and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Drive the mobile service van safely to customer destinations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections on-site and identify mechanical faults.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, battery replacements, brake servicing, and fluid refills.
• Fix minor mechanical issues directly at customer locations.
• Accurately fill out service documentation including reports and job cards.
• Ensure tasks comply with company quality and safety requirements.
• Observe all safety rules and traffic laws during operations.
• Keep the service van and tools clean and well-maintained.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to clients.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience working as an Automobile Mechanic.
• Proficient in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Possess a valid driving license with demonstrated safe driving skills.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Capability to work autonomously in a field environment.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and customer service orientation.
