Job description
Role Overview
We seek an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to spearhead our hiring operations, driving growth and talent acquisition aligned with our organizational goals. This position requires managing recruitment strategies, guiding the recruitment team, enhancing employer branding, and assuring compliance with company policies and the UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute recruitment strategies that complement the company's hiring objectives.
- Continuously monitor recruitment trends to align with market conditions and future staffing requirements.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting objectives, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
- Work collaboratively with department leaders to determine hiring needs and job criteria.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates and internal teams.
- Innovate sourcing channels to attract a diverse and competent talent pool.
- Enhance employer branding through participation in job fairs, strategic partnerships, social media engagement, and marketing efforts.
- Ensure candidates experience a respectful and smooth recruitment process and collect feedback for improvement.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire; produce regular reports for senior leadership support.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies; develop and update recruitment standards accordingly.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management related to departmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven leadership capability and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal competencies.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
