Job description
Position Overview
The role involves the transportation of guests between designated locations using company vehicles, ensuring safety, punctuality, and comfort are prioritized. Accurate documentation of trips and vehicle condition is essential, along with strict adherence to company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport guests to and from assigned locations safely using the property vehicle.
- Complete detailed trip records before and after every journey.
- Park vehicles in designated areas when idle and inspect them regularly for cleanliness and any damages.
- Monitor vehicle tire pressure, fluid levels, and refuel as required.
- Report maintenance needs and document any incidents such as accidents or damages, submitting reports to supervisors.
- Notify management of any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately; complete all safety trainings and certifications.
- Maintain a professional appearance and keep company information confidential.
- Greet guests according to company standards, proactively addressing their needs and assisting guests with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and guests using professional language and electronic devices for coordination purposes.
- Build positive working relationships and meet quality assurance standards.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to specified weight limits, navigating varied surfaces and stairways.
- Undertake additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior related work or supervisory experience necessary.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
