Job Overview

The Driver will be tasked with the safe and timely transport of personnel between their living quarters and the project yard. This position emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure secure and efficient commute for all passengers.

Primary Duties

• Shuttle workers from dormitories to the yard following the preset schedule.
• Safeguard the welfare of passengers throughout the journey.
• Comply rigorously with traffic laws and organizational safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections including fuel, engine status, and cleanliness.
• Immediately report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or other incidents.
• Keep the designated vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Support in organizing transport timings as necessary.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in all transport assignments.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driving license applicable to the vehicle type, such as a bus or van.
• At least 2 to 3 years of driving experience, ideally in transporting workers.
• Familiarity with local traffic rules and navigational routes.
• A strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and responsibility.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication purposes.
• Physical fitness suitable for work in a site environment.

Educational Requirement

A diploma in any field relevant to the position is preferred.
