About the Role
Mineral Resources (MinRes) is seeking experienced Drill Fitters to support their operations across Lithium and Iron Ore mining sites, including select client locations. The position operates on a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) basis from Perth, following a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

Key Expectations
- Commitment to prioritizing safety and effective teamwork.
- Possession of an Australian recognized trade certificate.
- Must hold a current Australian driver's license.
- Substantial mining or maintenance engineering experience with large surface mining machinery from major OEMs.
- Proven skills in diagnostics, fault identification, and preventive maintenance.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain the National High Heat Certificate (NHHC) within 12 months.
- Legal rights to work in Australia.
