Role Overview

We seek a customer service-oriented individual to join our five-star team as a Drawings Room Host. This role offers the chance to either launch or further your career within a world-renowned hospitality setting. You will play a key part in creating memorable experiences for guests and contribute positively to the hotel’s culture.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests warmly and escorting them to their designated tables within the Drawings Room.
  • Managing guest flow efficiently in the Drawing Rooms area to maintain smooth operations.
  • Redirecting guests to other hotel departments when necessary.
  • Delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality and a warm reception to all visitors.
  • Providing assistance to service staff when required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, aptitude for multitasking, and a positive contribution to team culture. Flexibility regarding shift patterns and responsiveness to variable guest and business demands are essential.
