We are seeking a professional and dependable MaitreD to join our team at a well-established fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be personable and courteous, ensuring that every diner feels genuinely welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Oversee customer service areas and manage front-of-house activities
- Work collaboratively with the team to uphold high service standards
- Manage seating arrangements and ensure smooth operations during service periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments
- Reliable and capable of fostering a welcoming environment for patrons
- Ability to work during weekend and weekday dinner shifts, specifically Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and two additional dinner shifts
