Join Conrad Dublin, a 5-star luxury hotel under Hilton's prestigious Luxury Division, as Head Concierge. This position involves directing the concierge desk operations while ensuring guests receive outstanding experiences that brighten their stay. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the concierge team by organizing training, schedules, and providing ongoing guidance to maintain superior guest service.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns swiftly and with professionalism to exceed expectations.
- Recommend dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions, facilitating guest arrangements.
- Arrange special services including medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other customized guest requirements.
- Provide exceptional service for VIP guests, ensuring a smooth registration and elevated experience.
- Promote hotel services and programs through effective distribution of marketing materials and guest encouragement.
- Administer concierge budget and payroll management to maintain financial control and adherence to budget policies.
