Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all service equipment such as chinaware, silverware, and utensils are impeccably cleaned and maintained, including scrubbing pots and pans and polishing silver items.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment to guarantee seamless daily operations.
• Perform essential cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen area, including mopping floors and removing trash to uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist in event preparation by setting up clean serviceware for banquets and other functions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to newly onboarded stewards, sharing your knowledge to enhance team effectiveness.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to protect the welfare of guests and staff.
