Job Overview
Step into the role of a Housekeeping Attendant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences at The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts by Hilton. This role is centered on maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public spaces, while creating welcoming and memorable stays for every guest.
Main Duties
- Ensure outstanding cleanliness by thoroughly cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and deep cleaning as needed.
- Restock necessary items such as bed linens, towels, and guest amenities to keep rooms fully equipped and up to brand standards.
- Maintain and manage the housekeeping cart, making sure all cleaning supplies and amenities are well stocked and transported efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, providing excellent service that enhances the overall guest experience.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly following hotel guidelines to support environmental cleanliness.
- Identify any maintenance issues, damages, or safety risks in rooms and public areas and report them swiftly.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and supervisors to uphold high service standards and smooth daily operations.
