About the Role
Join the compassionate team at Agincare as a Domestic Care Assistant, where your efforts will directly enhance residents' quality of life in our Chalgrove care and nursing home located in Poole, England. Work Environment and Location
This full-time role is based onsite at the Nursing Home in Poole, Dorset, where you'll contribute to maintaining a safe and clean living space for residents and staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of £12.72

Working Hours and Eligibility
- Work schedule includes 42 hours per week with alternating weekends
- Must have had the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of communal areas used by residents and employees
- Perform domestic tasks including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents' bedrooms thoroughly, using appropriate warning signage as necessary
- Collaborate closely with home management to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Provide companionship by supporting, communicating, and engaging with residents
