Job description
Role Overview
The dental assistant plays a crucial role in supporting dentists and dental hygienists by managing various aspects of patient care, preparing treatment areas, and performing essential office duties to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance by handing tools to dentists, utilizing suction devices, and maintaining patient oral dryness and clarity during dental procedures such as fillings and extractions.
- Greet and attend to patients to create a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout their visit.
- Ensure sterilization and hygiene by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting dental equipment and instruments, including autoclave sterilization.
Additional Information
This position is based onsite and involves close interaction with patients and dental professionals. The dental assistant must adhere to all health and safety protocols while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient care.
Terms and Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this role ranges between 6000 to 7000 INR.
