Position Overview
We are looking for a Documentation Manager on a 12-month contract, based onsite at Tampines, Singapore. Join us to help build a future-ready bank, innovate financial services delivery, work in collaborative teams, contribute to your community, and develop your career.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and verify new home loan applications to ensure they are accurate and complete.
- Handle documentation processes related to disbursements, redemptions, and other servicing requests.
- Manage credit facility restructurings post-disbursement, partial capital repayments, loan repricing, and bridging loans.
- Securely manage and safeguard all security documents to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centers, Mortgage Specialist Centers, and other internal departments on mortgage-related matters and inquiries.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh university graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, able to perform well under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
