Role Overview

As a vital member of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) team, you will cultivate longstanding relationships with key players in the region's non-bank financial sectors, including Insurance, Securities Brokerage, Finance/Leasing, Exchanges, Regulated Funds (private capital), Payment Service Providers, and Fintech. Your role is to understand client requirements, offer tailored financial advice, and promote business expansion by delivering comprehensive financial solutions.

  • Cash account setup and liquidity management
  • Digital payment and collection mechanisms
  • Treasury offerings including FX, fixed income, equities, interest rates, structured notes, and derivatives
  • Credit facilities such as bilateral, syndicated, and club loans
  • Capital raising in public debt and equity markets
  • Provision of bank guarantees and standby letters of credit
  • Strategic advisory services

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of global funds clients with consistent oversight and relationship nurturing
  • Address day-to-day client servicing issues and maintain smooth communication
  • Handle client onboarding processes compliant with AML and regulatory standards, including account openings and treasury/FX onboarding and trading
  • Update and maintain documentation for ongoing client servicing
  • Adhere strictly to bank policies including customer due diligence, transaction reviews, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Support identifying cross-selling opportunities and new revenue streams within existing accounts
  • Conduct annual compliance reviews to confirm fund managers’ licensing and regulation status

Candidate Profile

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Banking, Economics, or related fields
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or relationship management within financial institutions preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of financial institutions’ landscape and current challenges and trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, alongside effective problem-solving and time management skills
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to perform in dynamic sales settings
  • Independent, confident, customer-oriented team player who supports colleagues proactively
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a keen eagerness to learn continuously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

You will regularly coordinate with Relationship Managers and clients to resolve service issues promptly.
