Role Overview

The position of FX Advisor offers an exciting opportunity to assist clients in managing the complexities of foreign exchange markets and make well-informed international transaction decisions. In this capacity, you will deliver specialized guidance and support, strengthening OCBC's relationship with its clients and advancing your career within a reputable and historic financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer authoritative advice and insights regarding foreign exchange deals and market developments.
• Develop lasting rapport with clients, gaining a clear understanding of their objectives and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Examine market data and trends to uncover potential opportunities and risks pertinent to clients.
• Partner with internal teams to devise and execute effective foreign exchange strategies.
• Keep informed about relevant market changes and regulatory updates to provide accurate guidance.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a relevant degree, typically in finance or economics.
• Brings a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within banking or financial services.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of foreign exchange products and markets.
• Exemplifies outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can perform well under fast-changing market conditions and maintain adaptability.
• Demonstrates strong analytic abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
