About the Role
Join a prominent multinational company in Ireland's thriving biopharma sector as a Document Controller on a 12-month contract based in Dublin. This role offers an excellent chance to engage with cutting-edge equipment, large-scale operations, and contemporary pharmaceutical technologies within one of Europe's fastest-growing life science hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and control all project-related documents throughout their entire lifecycle from the client side.
- Handle the receipt, review, approval, issuance, revision tracking, and archiving of documents.
- Collaborate effectively with EPCM partners, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), data integrity, and ALCOA standards.
- Maintain up-to-date document registers, trackers, and status reporting systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Document Controller within pharmaceutical or life sciences capital projects.
- Mandatory hands-on proficiency with EIDA document management software.
- Prior exposure to client-side or owner's project team environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of GMP documentation criteria.
- Experience supporting documentation during construction, commissioning, and qualification phases.
