Document Controller

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Document Controller to join our expanding team for a significant Mixed-Use Development project located in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with substantial experience managing documents within large-scale construction or project management environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Management is mandatory.
• Diploma or formal training in Document Control or Records Management is advantageous.
• Candidates should have over 5 years of experience as a Document Control Officer at the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) level.
• Proficiency with document control procedures and Document Management Systems (preferably Aconex), including transmittals and document tracking, is essential.
• Experience working in construction or PMC settings is favorable.
• Strong capability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, Contracts & Commercial, and QA/QC teams is required.
• Exposure to large infrastructure projects, residential developments, shopping malls, hotels, resorts, marine, or other mixed-use developments is preferred.
