Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our growing team for a major Mixed-Use Development project. This role demands a highly skilled professional who can lead scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and change control efforts in large-scale developments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 along with expertise in cost, schedule, risk, and change control methodologies.
- At least 8 years of experience in scheduling and planning.
- Demonstrated background working on significant programs or projects.
- Experience in large infrastructure projects, residential complexes, shopping malls, hotels, resorts, marine projects, or mixed-use developments.
