Role Overview
As a District Sales Operations and Transition & Implementation (T&I) Coordinator, you will engage in collaborative efforts across multiple teams to manage moderately to highly complex projects efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your role supports all district Business Development activities and handles transition and implementation for newly awarded business.
Key Duties
- Supporting sales meetings, managing leads, and aiding in training and onboarding processes.
- Generating sales reports and promoting the use of sales enablement tools.
- Coordinating bid submissions, organizing events, and assisting local marketing initiatives.
- Overseeing transition project management including defining project scope, timelines, and issue resolution.
- Participating in ongoing training and personal development opportunities.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with willingness to work remotely and travel as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation, dependable work ethic, effective collaboration, and communication skills.
