Dissemination Operations Officer

Role Overview

This position involves contributing to the seamless, secure, and punctual distribution of Security and Intelligence Division (SID) products to relevant policy makers. A key part of this role is managing and innovating SID's information dissemination platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of Singapore's policy-making environment to customize the dissemination of SID products to support security-related decision-making.
• Develop policies and guidelines that facilitate product delivery operations and regulate the use of dissemination platforms.
• Ensure smooth functioning of dissemination platforms, including resolving delivery issues.
• Examine user feedback and telemetry data to enhance user experience on dissemination platforms.
• Review internal tools and workflows regularly to boost the performance of dissemination platforms.

Candidate Profile
