About the Role

Join our pharmacy team as a Dispenser at one of our stores where you’ll play a crucial role supporting pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy and healthcare services safely and efficiently. Key Duties

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure the safe supply of medicines including ordering, labeling, endorsing, and collection management.

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to uphold legal and safe dispensing standards.
  • Stay updated on in-store innovations and comply with operational protocols.
  • Help patients manage prescriptions effectively to promote medication adherence and reduce waste.

You will also work with new technology systems designed to improve dispensing processes, enhancing patient safety and allowing more patient interaction time. Continuous training and development opportunities will be provided, with potential career progression to Pharmacy Technician or store leadership roles.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or equivalent) or enrollment with completion of first year in an MPharm degree.
  • Possess valid UK right to work; sponsorship for Skilled Worker Visa is unavailable for this role.

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave pay plus gift cards for new parents.
  • Flexible benefits scheme tailored to individual needs.
  • Access to free, round-the-clock counselling and support services via employee assistance program.
