Role Overview

We are seeking a structured and communicative Dispatcher to join our team at the Ludwigsfelde location. This position involves planning, coordinating, and managing tours, drivers, field teams, and operational resources to ensure smooth daily operations, adherence to service levels, and efficient handling of last-minute changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and optimizing routes, tours, and deployment schedules.
• Dispatching drivers, field teams, and other operational staff based on priority, location, and availability.
• Monitoring daily operations and responding swiftly to deviations, delays, or emergencies.
• Communicating effectively with drivers, internal departments, customers, and external partners.
• Handling and documenting incoming service requests, calls, and emails.
• Ensuring seamless operational workflows.
• Producing reports on dispatch activities, resource utilization, and relevant KPIs.
• Contributing to ongoing improvements of operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Initial or several years of experience as a dispatcher, coordinator, or similar in logistics.
• Familiarity with dispatching software, GPS systems, or related tools is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German (minimum B2 level).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Organized, solution-oriented, and self-directed working style.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Resilient and decisive under dynamic daily operational conditions.
• Completed school or vocational education or equivalent qualification.
