Job Description and Duties

• Ensure an ample supply of clean dishes, cutlery, baking, and buffet equipment for kitchen operations.
• Operate industrial-scale dishwashing machines and related cleaning tools efficiently.
• Maintain pristine hygiene and orderliness in dishwashing zones and associated kitchen areas.
• Support culinary preparations by responding promptly to directives from culinary leadership, including Chefs de Partie, Sous Chefs, and Executive Chefs.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, cleaning, and polishing to uphold kitchen standards.
• Handle physical demands of the role including lifting loads between 20 to 30 pounds.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in cleaning or food and beverage sectors within fast-paced environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Self-driven with strong communication capabilities.
• Physically capable of sustained standing and performing activities requiring pushing, pulling, bending, and heavy lifting.
