Dishwasher - Full Time

Overview

Bon Appétit Management Company is actively seeking to fill a full-time dishwasher role based in Mountain View, CA at Intuit, located at 2750 Coast Avenue. This position operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We seek experienced dishwashers to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove and rinse food residue from dishes and wash them either by hand or using dishwashing equipment, ensuring all items are sanitized and clean.
• Clean pots, pans, trays, and various kitchen utensils following specific procedures to maintain thorough sanitation.
• Polish silverware using equipment such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths according to established practices.
• Follow all safety protocols closely while maintaining proper chemical levels and temperature controls for effective cleaning.
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the dish area and entire kitchen workspace.
• Sweep and mop floors to uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces regularly.
• Manage trash removal by placing waste in designated containers and steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans when necessary.
• Assist with transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and help load or unload deliveries as needed.
• Perform any additional duties assigned to support kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Proven prior experience in dishwashing is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• The hourly pay ranges between $22.00 to $23.00.
