Role Summary

This full-time Dishwasher role is based at the Roblox location in San Mateo, CA. The primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, cookware, kitchen equipment, and work areas to meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes either by hand or using dishwashing machinery, ensuring thorough cleanliness.
• Clean pots, pans, trays following established procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Polish silverware utilizing designated equipment such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, or buffing tools.
• Follow all safety protocols related to dishwashing and kitchen operations.
• Monitor and maintain correct temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dishwashing areas organized and compliant with safety regulations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to uphold safety and sanitary conditions.
• Clean food preparation surfaces including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Dispose of trash properly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles via steam cleaning or hosing.
• Assist in moving supplies between storage and work areas, including loading and unloading products.
• Carry out any additional duties as directed.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Specific hours will be provided during the interview process. The job location is 2850 South Delaware Street, San Mateo, CA 94403.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
