About the Role and Company
Eurest is a globally recognized leader in the foodservice industry, known for promoting an ownership mindset and community enrichment. They provide services to many prominent corporations, including Fortune 500 companies. This full-time Dishwasher position is based at First Solar, located at 28380 Tracy Road, Walbridge, OH, offering a standard Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Primary Duties
- Remove food residues from dishes and either wash them manually or load them into dishwashers, maintaining high sanitation and cleanliness.
- Clean pots, pans, and trays thoroughly in accordance with standard procedures.
- Polish silverware using various tools such as burnishing machines and chemical dips to ensure it is spotless.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols while maintaining proper equipment temperatures and chemical levels.
- Keep dishwashing areas organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors regularly.
- Sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal by removing trash, cleaning containers, and maintaining overall hygiene.
- Assist in transferring supplies and loading/unloading products.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training is provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges between $15.00 and $16.00.
