Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food debris from used dishes, washing them manually or placing them into dishwashing equipment according to procedures to guarantee thorough cleanliness.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following assigned instructions to meet sanitation standards.
• Polish silverware using appropriate machinery or manual methods to ensure it is spotless.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times within the dishwashing area.
• Monitor and maintain required temperature levels and chemical concentrations as established.
• Keep the dishwashing station organized and compliant with safety regulations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash, place it in designated containers, and clean garbage receptacles thoroughly.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen areas as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and supplies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements and Eligibility

• No previous experience is required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Work Schedule

The position operates full time with shifts varying between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Specific shift details will be shared during the interview process.

• Starting wage is set at $17.00 per hour.
