Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas at GE Aviation, Cincinnati, OH location. This position involves rigorous cleaning tasks with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. No prior experience required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food residues from dishes before washing either manually or using dishwashing machines to ensure thorough sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays according to established procedures, ensuring spotless and sanitary results.
• Polish silverware utilizing burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or by hand depending on assigned process.
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards by monitoring temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep work areas organized and safe, including sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash responsibly, including cleaning garbage cans with steam or hoses.
• Assist with transferring supplies and loading or unloading inventory between storage and kitchen areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.

Additional Information and Benefits

This full-time role offers a fixed wage of $20.10 per hour and includes paid holidays and sick time, with no weekend shifts. An internal referral bonus program is also available.
