Job Summary

This full-time baker position involves preparing a variety of baked goods following specific recipes and production guidelines. The role is based at ExxonMobil Springwoods Village Parkway in Spring, Texas.

Key Duties

• Produce breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries in accordance with production plans and catering schedules.
• Follow approved recipes and utilize correct equipment to ensure consistent food quality and safe preparation.
• Support documentation efforts by recording production data such as waste tracking and inventory levels, notifying supervisors of supply shortages.
• Maintain proper portion control, visual presentation, and temperature standards for all food items.
• Ensure sanitation and organization of all equipment and utensils in the baking area.
• Handle food items safely, adhering to all relevant safety and hygiene standards during preparation and service.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and associated equipment thoroughly at the end of shifts.
• Engage courteously with customers, addressing any complaints professionally and relaying concerns to management.
• Manage peak production periods efficiently, remaining calm and accurate under pressure.
• Observe all corporate and OSHA safety policies related to food handling and equipment use.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position with work hours Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with no weekend shifts. The role is onsite at the designated Spring, TX location.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior baking experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $14.00 to $18.00. Our company offers an internal employee referral bonus program.
